W5: "The Secret Door in My School Leads to..."

It was a normal school day. My friends and I had some free time after school because it ended earlier than usual. We decided to play a game, hide and seek, while we waited for our parents. Eric was picked as the seeker, and the rest of us had to look for hiding places. I headed towards the storage room, where few students ever visited. It felt like a great spot to hide. As I went inside, I saw some old furniture and dusty shelves. I found a wooden board against the wall. I moved it aside and was stunned for a while. Behind it was a hidden door! I felt curious, so I turned the handle and stepped inside. A bright light flashed and blinded me. When I opened my eyes, I was no longer at school. I was in a whole different world. W4: "An Alien Has Landed in My Backyard"

 It was a quiet night, I had woken up to go to the toilet. Just as I went back to bed, I heard an unusual sound from the backyard. I felt curious, so I slowly opened the back door and glanced out. In the weak moonlight, I saw a little figure moving suspiciously. At first, I thought it was a thief. But as the figure approached, I realised it was something much beyond my imagination, an alien! He was only around 80cm tall, with a slightly rounded body, a large head, big eyes, long ears, and a tiny mouth. His body emitted a gentle light which could change colours. He looked lost and afraid, his eyes darting about nervously. Hence, I guessed he had landed on Earth by accident and had no idea how to turn back. Despite my disbelief, I chose to interact with him. “Are you alien? Why are you here?” I asked, but he seemed not to understand my language. He responded in his language, but I didn’t understand it. W3: "A World Without Technology: A Blessing or a Curse?"

On an unusually hot morning, I woke up covered in sweat. I felt uncomfortable and tried to find my air conditioner remote on the bedside table, but no matter how hard I looked, I couldn't find it. I sat up to look around. I saw that my air conditioner had disappeared! At first, I thought my family had taken it away for maintenance. I felt annoyed and opened my bedroom door, ready to complain. But I froze when I walked into the living room. The television, massage chair, air conditioner and other machines were all missing! My family members were equally shocked, standing in disbelief. For a moment, we thought we had been robbed. I returned to my room to take my phone and call the police. But my phone was also missing! I searched everywhere, but it was nowhere to be found. When I told my family, they checked their phones, and it was also gone. W2: "The Day I Woke Up with a Superpower"

It was an ordinary Friday morning, I woke up and prepared for school. When I opened my eyes, something felt unusual. The sky looked brighter than usual, I turned to check my alarm clock, it was already 7 am. This meant I was going to be late! I quickly jumped out of bed and complained, “If I can stop the time, it will be better”. Suddenly, everything around me froze. I opened my bedroom door and saw my mother enjoying breakfast and my father reading the newspaper, but they weren’t moving! That’s when I realised I had a superpower: I could stop time! W1: "If Time Travel Was Real: My First Adventure"

My family and I went to my grandfather’s hometown during a school holiday. After lunch, my grandfather asked me to find an old photo album from the storage room. While looking for the album, I noticed that the drawer of the desk was shaking. I guessed it was a tiny animal, so I opened the drawer to check. Inside, I saw a little box with a button. There was a note next to the box: Press to travel through time. I was curious, so I pressed the button. Suddenly, a bright light flashed from the drawer. I slowly opened my eyes and found myself standing in a forest. I looked around and saw several plants, some of them looked different from the ones I knew.
